William Gemegah : Director

My aim is to enable organisation and project development, programme management and efficient technical support to our staff, Strive to meet and exceed quality standards in relation to every aspect of the work to ensure that CHAT maintains its distinctive positive reputation. To achieve this I supervise the development and delivery of services and programmes; work plans; targets; and monitor progress through regular supervision.

Badru Male Sebatindira : Health Promotion Manager

My aim is to improve the quality of life and health for local people who are infected/affected by HIV/AIDS . I achieve this aim by running a one to one clinic in Central Middlesex to support both newly and existing clients to address non-clinical needs, advocate and link them into existing community support services e.g. housing, benefits, legal immigration, support networks, family counselling, encouraging partner notification, self health management, social services and encouraging HIV treatment adherence, etc. This is list not exhaustive. I also organise trainings to address culture issues for both statutory and the voluntary sector organisations.

Tracy Florence Nakato: Outreach Co-ordinator

1. I lead on the Community Sexual Health Education for CHAT and to take a pro-active role in community mobilisation for regular sexual education through extensive outreach programmes in the community of Brent. In so doing I recruit, train, supervise and support a team of volunteers to provide practical support for the outreach programme.
2. I build a strong networking partnership with the voluntary and statutory agencies such as GP surgeries, Chemists, local hospitals, colleges, local churches and mosques, local supermarkets, business centres etc.
I enjoy working with my colleagues at CHAT and the community at large. .

Afi Mawuena Ouro-Gnao: Office Administration

Efficient planning and provision of professional office administration and management which I enjoy extremely well despite all related challenges. Dealing with the public has never been easy as I communicate with different people with different needs. As the main gate to CHAT I am cautious and provide appropriate information to telephone and personal callers and booking appointments for guidance when necessary. All the same I love my job.
